To complete the course, you'll need to complete both stages. Stage 1: Complete the multiple-choice test in your course pack to gain the Career Wiz Certificate in Estate Agency. Stage 2: Complete 30-minute online multiple-choice exams directly with Propertymark for the Award in Introduction to Sale of Residential Property. Full details are included in your course pack.
Qualification:
Upon completion of Stage 1, you’ll receive the Certificate in Estate Agency. You can then progress to Stage 2, where successful completion of the required Propertymark assessments will lead to the Propertymark Level 2 Award in Introduction to Sale of Residential Property.
